| Wildcats drop league opener to Wyoming | ||

The Finneytown Wildcats ran into a very tough Wyoming team as they lost their league opener, 37-3. The Wildcat defense looked strong in the 1st quarter, as the two teams traded field goals. The rest of the game, however, was all Cowboys as they rode the powerful running of P. J. Pope and the arm of QB John Gale who threw 3 TD passes.
