The Future of The World Is Nuts!(TM)

We've been totally buried in harvest since the Field Days- as in, really, totally. Too busy to do much writing.

We could use more volunteer help, particularly during the week- email info@badgersett.com if you are interested in volunteering. We're still picking some hazels, but it will be mostly chestnut work from now on this fall.

We had by far the biggest hazel crop ever- most of which was not picked, due to lack of labor. The birds are taking it fast, now, in spite of the hawk kites-

Right now we've got warm weather (more than 75°F) and wind = chestnuts all over the place.

Running as fast as we can.
