Reading Room
The Rhino's Rampage Reading Room will evolve over time. I will put up links to books that I've read and recommend. It will never be a comprehensive list, but hopefully it will be good starting point for your personal studies. If you have a great book that you would like to share you can add it here by using the discuss button, or you can email it to me directly at rhino@rhinosrampage.com.
Evangelism & The Sovereignty of God
by J. I. Packer
I consider this classic a "must read." In fact, this is without a doubt the one book that I have recommended to friends more than any other. Packer answers the age old question: "If God is in control of everything, why should Christians evangelize? Does our focus on outreach imply a lack of faith in his sovereignty?" To answer the question, Packer takes a hard look at the equally true truths of Divine Sovereignty and Human Responsibility, and the synthesis between the two.

Systematic Theology
by Wayne Grudem
After the Bible itself, Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology is one of the primary resources that I use as I prepare to teach or preach God's Word. In it's 1264 pgs, I think there are only two places where I disagree with his conclusions. When I do, it's always a good idea to go back and figure out "where I'm wrong." :-) I had the privilege of sitting under Dr. Grudem as one of my professors at Trinity. I only wish that I had him for Systematic Theology. I am blessed that we used this work as our primary text.
